The Conditioning Workout contains elite-level conditioning methods designed to improve all three energy systems used in combat sports: aerobic, lactic, and alactic conditioning. These workouts are based on proven fight conditioning principles used to build pace, endurance, explosiveness, and recovery for combat athletes.
The program includes multiple interval splits, conditioning explanations, dieting tips, and complete 10-week and 4–6 week fight camp structures designed for fighters at different stages of training.
Each conditioning workout contains detailed instructions explaining how to perform the session, what intensity to use, when to use it during fight camp, and what specific energy system it develops. The guide is designed to help you understand not only what to do, but why you are doing it.
